General Nutrition AdviceSince David Letterman gets to have his “top-10” lists, I figured I could have my own top 10 lists as well. So, in the spirit of fairness:
Top 10 reasons you DO NOT need to see a dietitian
1. I already know what to do, its just a matter of doing it
2. Eating right is basically common sense
3. I weigh the same as the weight on my driver’s license
4. It’s not like I have a big problem…..
5. I am just a bit overweight
6. I only have slightly high blood pressure
7. I only have a mild case of diabetes
8. My high cholesterol runs in my family
9. I don’t have time
10. I can’t afford it
