Calculating your BMI

Your BMI is now the most widely used indicator of obesity. BMI is determined by a formula where weight in kilograms is divided by height in meters squared. The BMI is used to expresses body weight in relation to height and correlates well to body fat in most people. It overestimates fatness in very muscular athletes and underestimates fat in elderly people who have lost lean body mass.
